General disclaimers

This TOS may be subject to change at any given time without any notice. Changes will not be applied retroactively.Violating or disregarding these Terms will result in the banning of the violator from all my platforms, the disallowing of use of any past commissions, and blacklisting from future commissions. Additionally, I reserve the right to share the details of any violations with third parties without it being considered ''rufmord'' / defamation.

By purchasing any of my services, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service! If you would like to commission me, please fill out an order form with the needed details and message me directly, always! Aswell to stay consitently in contact for whichever questions I have (or you yourself)!I am fully allowed to refuse any commission without giving a reason!
Be it something I can't draw well, I am not comfortable drawing it, knowing my name will get harmed online and other reasonings.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

By applying for a commission, you agree to the Terms of Service.

1.Eligibility for service
Only Vtubers or Original Characters (OCs) that you own, and popular fictional characters that won't danger me of any copyrights or TOSs are eligible for commissions.

2.Intended Use
I personally give you permission to use my services only for: Your streaming (Twitch,Youtube,...) and Stickers/Emotes (Discord,Telegram,Whatsapp,Line,...) or as profile picture online.You agree to use my artwork solely for your streaming or personal/private use and that You agree not to reproduce, commercialize, or distribute the artwork , without prior agreement for other usesbeforehand.I do not allow tracing or stealing my art in any form or way.If you want to use it for any other purpose, please ask me for permission before you use it, change it or publish it. If not, I will have to resort to legal action, aswell as blacklist you from future commissions.I do not allow other changes in anyway of my artwork by a thirdperson or yourself. Ask me directly to change the artwork.The work may be posted by me on my website, personal portfolio, Discord server and on my socialmedia.You have my permission to repost your commissioned artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Instagram/other socialmedia, webpage) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered always.MY WORK IS NOT TO BE USED FOR/ON/WITH AI OR NFTS IN ANY WAY!

4.Copyright
I (PuppetPichu) retain full copyright.
Watermarks may not be removed.

5.Delivery date
Please note that delivery dates, etc. will be set according to Swiss times and dates. We will have privately agreed on a deadline. If you have an urgent commission, be sure to state so in your message to me. If the urgency is impossible to meet for me, I will decline or present to you a available deadline close to your deadline.Physical deliveries may be taking more time according to the national postal services around the world.

6.Force Majeure
Delivery dates may be delayed or commissions cancelled due to illness (mental or physical), accidents, work, disasters, etc..

7.Retakes to fix
Retakes to fix is possible.You may request up to two (2) minor revisions to fix or alter the artwork. Any additional revisions after that will incur an extra charge.
(e.g.: small Colour shift/correction, highlights, adding texture,...)Please inform me of any major retakes or changes at the time of rough sketching, as I am allowed to deny the commission or any fixes after.Retakes to fix or alter the artwork after that will be an additional charge.

8.Payment method and fees
Full payment is required upfront before I begin any commission work.
If agreed, partial payment is possible, or sending payment after the initial sketch of the final redered piece.
If you start or end your DM writing ''Puppdolly'' in your Commission message, I will lessen the price, as a thank you for reading my TOS.
All prices are calculated around 15 CHF per hour, which would be, in a normal job setting, equal to a rather low income pay in Switzerland.Paypal * EUR/CHF
Stripe * EUR/CHF
Twint * CHFThere are NO refunds.There may be urgency or inconvenience fees, depending if it may result in such action from the commissioners side.
Revoking, stopping or cancelation of the payment will result into legal action, aswell as blacklisting on future commissions and banning on all known accounts.

9.Underage minor policy
By commissioning me, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. If the commissioner is a minor, all communication must be handled with the parent or legal guardian. No refunds will be issued after the commission has been completed, regardless of the client's age.I am not made to be held accountable for any misuse of my trust regarding the clients age.Is the commissioner a minor, there will be no cashback/return after the commission is made, as I expect them to be an adult as most transactions are made by card or paypal and require being of age.

10.Disclaimer
I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using my animations or illustrations.My real name will not be used online. You will get to know it when doing payments or recieving letters. However, it is a buissness secret. Just like your name or address is. I too shall uphold it.
Calling me any nick of PuppetPichu is asked. Calling me Megumi, Aysha or Kathi is acceptable aswell, as these are my OC's names.

11.Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
